Billing

For the family plan, what happens if one person does not pay their portion of the bill?

PRIDE Wireless has created a system where each individual in a family and friends plan supplies their own credit card or payment information.  In the event that someone in the plan lapses on their payment, their service will be suspended but it will not affect the service of others on the plan provided their payment plan is current.

If someone on my family plan goes over their allotted data how does that affect our bill? Does it affect how much data I can use?

It will not affect the other people on the same family plan.  It will not affect how much data you can use.

For the family plan, can the bill be mailed to multiple addresses?

We do not mail bills.  All plans are prepaid and done online.

If I go over my data limit what does it cost?
  • Once you reach your allotted data, your high speed data will decrease in speed.  You will have the option of purchasing add-on data in either 250MB or 1GB increments.
What is Snap Pay?

Snap Pay is where you enroll in automatic bill renewal each month which will help to decrease the cost of your plan.

Do you have nights and weekend minutes?
  • Unless you have Pay-As-You-Go, you have unlimited minutes.
How will I know when I reach my data/minute allotment?
